"We're hitting the boardwalk hard and [there's] simply overall excitement, " JWoww told MTV News. "[There was] the anticipation plus the anxiety of just becoming home, because we were away from our relatives and buddies for so long. It's really a little overwhelming. "
Those same sentiments were echoed by the guys of the "Shore" prior this week, when they told MTV News that this in-house tensions that weighed down the cast during season four - infighting, headbutting, ill-fated hookups and vehicular incidents - had all but disappeared by the time they hit Seaside (thanks to the availability of good barbers as well as "easy women").
The girls were especially very happy to bid arrivederci to Italia. And let's just claim they hit the floor running.
"I think in Italy it was before all drama because all of us missed home and obviously lots of people were stirring up unnecessary fake rumors in your home, " Snooki sighed. "So when we return to Jersey, you're gonna identify that pan out more. But altogether There's no doubt that we just couldn't wait to obtain home and we journeyed crazy. "
