Bonnie is endeavoring to cast a spell to acquire the coffin to open, but it doesn't work. As she expresses her frustration, the coffins vanish, leading her to set out to look around for someone who isn't supposed to be there. Damon and Stefan approach the home, and both notice that someone will there be who isn't supposed to be there. As Bonnie reaches the bottom of the actual stairs, she is startled to see Damon, who puts his / her fingers to his mouth area. Stefan is still outdoors, comes face to skin with hybrid car/stalker guy from yesterday, and as hybrid gets wanting to attack, Damon comes up from behind and rips her heart out. Bye bye crossbreed.
Bonnie and Elena are usually in school, putting up cards, and Elena confides with Bonnie that she possessed Damon compel Jeremy that will leave town - despite the fact that she knows Bonnie won't be happy over it. She's trying to allow Bonnie the opportunity to leave behind Jeremy, because they haven't really spoken considering that the whole Jeremy/dead Anna circumstances.
Damon and Stefan are usually in the basement with your coffins, trying to ascertain who is in the 'locked' coffin. He thinks the witches learn how to open it, but aren't prepared to help. Stefan feels that Klaus' threats certainly are a bluff, because the only important thing to him is the family. Stefan wants to call Klaus' bluff, but Damon says the only way to call someone's bluff has been to be willing to lose anything if you're wrong. Stefan doesn't seem perturbed through this - which would seem to perturb Damon all the more.
Bonnie approaches Jeremy to talk to him about leaving, and hints that he was compelled to accomplish so. Not cool Bonnie.
Caroline pulls about the school in the woman's car (ah, there you might be! Missed her last week! ) and when Tyler methods her, she says she doesn't prefer to talk to him because he almost got Jeremy mortally wounded. She wants to know very well what he's going to carry out about his sire-bond in order to Klaus, and Tyler says there's nothing they can do. Caroline enters a calm house, and Matt (yay! he's returning too! ), Elena and Bonnie pop out as well as wish her a astonish happy birthday! They wish to take her out, but Caroline seems pretty despondent. She says her special birthday isn't so thrilling since it's simply a reminder that she's commercially dead, and will become forever stuck at 17. She just wants to be able to wallow in self-pity, but I don't think Elena should let that happen.
Klaus is disposing of the head of his hybrid, as Tyler occurs because he was summoned. Tyler doesn't wish to accomplish Klaus' bidding, and wants even less to accomplish so when Klaus conveys to Tyler to bite Caroline. Tyler refuses (though I'm undecided if he really can certainly? ), but it is just he can because Klaus explains to him he'll find something else to undertake to Stefan - and also dismisses Tyler. I'm somewhat confused about this whole sire-thing..
Damon and Alaric are discussing how far Stefan is willing to go - and both seem to be as concerned as I will be.
Elena, Bonnie, and Matt lead Caroline in to a mausoleum in the cemetery, where Elena tells Caroline she needs to leave behind her "life" before she can definitely make peace with the belief that she's dead. Instead regarding wishing her a delighted birthday, they give her a short eulogy, which ends by using everyone laughing as Bonnie uses her powers to lighting the candles on Caroline's dessert.
Alaric and Damon are for a founder's fundraiser, and whenever Damon walks away, Doctor. Fell approaches Alaric - as well as admits that she knows regarding the vamps in town. Bonnie snaps at Elena for giving Caroline a hard time about texting her, but admits she's really indignant that Elena had Jeremy caused to leave town. She half-threatens to share with Jeremy. I have to express, I'm totally with Elena with this one.
