House and Wilson focus on the guns and Wilson asks House if she has a gun. House denies that, but Wilson presses, nevertheless House definitely has a gun hidden somewhere inside his apartment. This leads him take into consideration the patient, and when he stays in the patient's room, the patient is having trouble deep breathing. Finally he diagnoses the patient with Diphtheria, which fits every one of the symptoms and starts the pup on treatment. The individual gets better. Hooray!
Following work, tired of not asserting their self more and be disrespected from the other doctors, Park asks Chase out for the drink. Chase balks to start with, but then decides so it doesn't really mean nearly anything, and agrees. Foreman also fades for a drink soon after work, but instead of going out with his co-workers, he meets the married woman with the gym in a standard.
After last weeks' train wreck of the episode, this episode extends back to the regular House plot structure and, although not a spectacular episode, it had some great laughter and interesting dialogue. Foreman's relationship troubles seems just a little off-topic for a show who's main focus is currently the new team connected with doctors, but the last scene added a bit of intrigue to the show that has been missing in the previous few episodes.
