The NFC squad will start Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who will be throwing to Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald and Carolina Panthers wide out Steve Smith. Also playing quarterback for the NFC will be New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and Panthers rookie Cam Newton.

The AFC starting running back the league's leading rusher, Jacksonville Jaguars Maurice Jones-Drew, while the Bengals' rookie A.J. Green and Steelers Mike Wallance will be the starting wide outs.
