With the help of his associates in the Color Undercover, Blob overthrew the oppressive, conformity-enforcing INKT Organization and unceremoniously kicked out Other Dark-colored from Chroma Town. But hate and inadequate flavor in social style are not so easily overcome, and Other Dark-colored has began making a new program in Prisma Town, rigging elections and brainwashing people into inactive, clear drones. Blob and his fellow revolutionaries once again set out to bring shade again to those who find themselves under Black's single concept. As in the first activity, the tale is informed through a sequence of excellent cutscenes that mix feeling of humor and severity in their illustration of governmental oppression and trend in this animated community. De Blob 2 has serious issues on its mind, as is obvious when a one person appears preventing a row of tanks, or when biting on feedback like "Comrade Dark-colored claims that inkboarding is not torture" run across the information ticker at the end of the display.
